You won't say "No" if you say "No" you are really intelligent. Because you are extremely intelligent to identify that you are not intelligent.
Intelligence in IELTS is the way you act according to the situation.
You are sitting in front of an examiner , who always thinks that he is the star of the moment. You should show that respect to the examiner if only you want to pass the exam. Let him or her feel the right first impression Though you don't like the examiner, show him that you like him or her. Don't going to say him or her.
